Independence
Knowledge and experience are essential qualities of a consulting
practice, but these qualities can be compromised without genuine
product and operational independence.
Product Independence means that we
have no association with product sales, in any way. This product
independence allows us to focus solely on the needs of our customers,
and to help them select and implement the solution that best meets
their requirements.
Operational Independence means that
we are not adversely influenced by many of the internal pressures
that can sometimes affect project delivery. We believe that every
expectation set must be realistic, and that every action we take
must be in the interest of overall project and business success.
